The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff were polite and efficient, providing excellent room service. the hotel's location was convenient, with a nice Hainan restaurant just across the street.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The breakfast selection was limited, especially for non-locals, lacking options like cereals for kids.

The receptionist was quick and friendly, helping to solve any issues. Check-in process completed in less than 5 minutes. Clean toilet and fast room service. Opposite the hotel, there is a nice Hainan restaurant.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel location was convenient, close to the train station and there were tuktuks available for getting around. the breakfast buffet had some nice Chinese food options and the fruit plate upon arrival was a nice touch.
the room size was smaller than expected and lacked entertainment options.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access for travelers. guests can enjoy the famous Wenchang chicken at a nearby restaurant, and take a bus from the hotel to explore the city center.
The breakfast buffet falls short of a 5-star standard, as there are some areas for improvement in terms of variety and service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a spotless toilet and room. The hotel facilities were excellent, and room service was impressively fast. The staff, particularly the receptionist, were quick and friendly in helping to solve any issues. The location was ideal, as it was very close to the train station and in an area of tourism. We were able to easily catch a bus to the city center, and there was a nice Hainan restaurant right across the street, where we enjoyed the famous Wenchang chicken.
Nothing at all.
